well im a bit confused .i study in hunter college in newyork. im currently doing my BA in biology but i found out abt this BS program in biotechnology . eventually i wanna do my Maters in biotechnology . wht im confused is should i go for the
BS in biotechnology or should i wait and finish my BA in biology and then go for the MA thing and i wanna go into research,so is a BA better for me or a BS .plz i really need some advice. and i dont even knw where i shld start to look for a grad school. plz help

Since you already know that you want to go into research, you might consider going for the BS in biotechnology now. The BA in biology seems to be more for general studies, and not for someone who already knows the field they want to get into.

Also, research in any area of science moves so fast now, it's probably a good idea to be right there as your field of study expands.

Maybe you could talk to a professor/TA involved there in the biotech curriculum, or do a little investigating through an academic advisor who knows the sciences curriculums.

Go for Bachelor of Science harder course but worth it

BS in biotechnology...jobs opportunities without the MS but the future or rather the present in most fields is laced with technology

BS in biotechnology. It's a more useful degree, plus it would be great preparation for the master's program.
