Id never thought about it before, but now you mention it I realised I dont wash mine either, I just let the water wash it over;

Yes I wash my back it is a part of my body and needs to be cleaned as well to prevent breakouts or anything else.
Maybe if you can't reach your back you should get one of the loofahs with the long handles so that way it would be easier for you.

Now that i think about it. No, i never wash my own back. Every once in a while if i take shower with my significant other he'll wash it for me.
But other than that, no....

Ok maybe you can start then, its not like your back will go black of dirt, but its good to wash as far as you can reach, if you have oily skin it might help with the pimples oon your back to try and keep it as clean and oil free as possible.
