i don't want to offend anybody, but i am curious, what the h.ell is pansexual? and while we are on this subject what defines "asexuality" in men and women? that is another one that stumps me. i have heard people say they are asexual and thought to myself i am a sexual too, a sexual being, although i knew they were referring to an orientation, i wasn't.

Pansexuality (sometimes referred to as omnisexuality) is a sexual orientation characterized by a potential aesthetic attraction, romantic love and/or sexual desire for anybody, including people who do not fit into the gender binary of male/female implied by bisexual attraction. Pansexuality is sometimes described as the capacity to love a person romantically irrespective of gender. Some pansexuals also assert that gender and sex are meaningless to them. The word pansexual is derived from the Greek prefix pan-, meaning "all".

The prefix pan is an all emcompassing term. I've never heard the term pansexual though but I read some of the responses and it makes sense that that's what it means. Asexual would mean that they are not sexual at all. I guess it's the opposite of pansexual.

Pan is that evil being who plays his pipes so Pan sexual is related to this being and means taking part in devious not very nice sexual practices. As sezual means being not interested through various reasons in having sex with male or female but does not preclude wanking.

Google it. I did. It'll explain it better than any of these ignoramuses can...

Asexuality, however, is someone who isn't attracted to either gender. They're just not interested in sex or relationships at all. I know a few people like that - all men, funny enough.
