Aww im sorry, insomnia sucks..i know how you feel. :( Maybe you could try listening to some music or maybe do some reading...it helps me sometimes.

make some warm milk and put some honey in it .. and go to bed .
stop looking at the clock :) and as others have said TURN OFF THE COMPUTOR.
I suffer from insomnia and recently was treated with acupunture.. and it has worked a treat :)

get off the computer, turn off your light, put some music on down real low or something...music always sends me off to sleep. whatever you do, just go to bed NOW!!! or else you are going to be a zombie in the morning, and won't be able to concentrate at school.
