how do u change any list of numbers to the one that looks like 100
then 010
then 001!!

You are asking how to find an inverse matrix (the matrix you can multiply something by to get the identity matrix). There's not really an easy way to do this with 3x3 matrices. This page http://mathworld.wolfram.com/MatrixInverse.html explains how you can. You will want to look at points (5) and (6) in the explanation. When they say something like a23, they mean the number in the second row and third column.
