Yes, as long as your computer has the software that can burn DVD, you can burn DVD and CD using your DVD-RW drive. If your computer doesnt have the software, try to install Nero Burning ROM (the newest version) and you'll be on the go! good luck! hope I helped! ^^

A dvd-rom means that you can only play dvd`s, but a dvd-rw means that you can burn music/films to dvd.
For music use Nero and for films use Clone-dvd.

Yes you can... but you have to make sure that your computer's has already got the software for burning CD/DVD first

Your DVD-RW will enable you to burn your own cd's and dvd's already. You can do it with windows media software, probably already on your PC
