I usually listen to sad songs when I'm sad too. But then, I tell myself. Why do I want to keep listening to sad songs that are making me even sadder, and I try to listen to a upbeat song. But not too upbeat. My favorite singer is Mariah Carey so I usually listen to her a lot whenever I'm in a sad mood or in happy mood or whatever.

Or,to be serious, at peace,and happy in my skin. Every other positive emotion then naturally wells forth from that (contentment,humour,confidence,charity,compassion,etc...)
Look up the 'Desiderata' on the 'net. That about sums it up.

Definitely happy - I love being happy. And I absolutely love laughing - if I had a choice I would laugh all day long. I'm lucky, I have friends who make me laugh til my ribs ache !!!!
