Most definitely. If you're looking for a restaurant menu, try going somewhere where a waiter or waitress brings the food to you. Those are restaurants.
If you get the food yourself, then that is a buffet.
If you get your meal in 3 minutes or less, that is fast food, and that's almost why I don't consider Culver's fast food, since they take so darned long! They are slow food.

I would say it is,because their food is mass-produced for quick sale.In a real restaurant you would have to wait for a while.I know it takes me more than 45 min.including preparation time to fix homemade fried chicken.Mashed potatoes take probably at least 35 min.including having to peel them,boil them,strain them and then mash them with a blender.
