Hello there.
It is normal to feel crampy in early pregnancy. It may feel like menstrual cramps, it is nothing to worry about.
Taking a bath during pregnancy is only a bad idea in one of two cases.
If you are afraid that you will fall because you are so near term that you could slip and feel heavy and uncertain.
If you are in the early stages of labor, beginning to dilate and your cervix is starting to open, or if your water had broken.
Having said that there are still accounts of women taking baths while in active labor and even having their baby underwater....so I guess anything is possible!
Good luck honey and try not to worry!
You can feel free to write to me any time.
Blessings

It,s completely safe for you to have a bath when you are
pregnant. Don,t have the water too hot and just add a few
lavender drops (Radox).
Have some calming music in the background then when
you get out wrap up nice and warm and have a mug of milk
or cocoa. That will relax you! I think I,ll go and run a bath.....

(Be careful when climbing in and out though!)
