I've seen keyboards with the letters worn entirely off. So, which would you find more devastating a computer virus or a STD?

My fear is that I will lose my ability to write a sentence. My computers are my only friends up here. What works for me is given time slots. I am due to sign off soon for the day. If I find myself being too compulsive I go back to the list. The list is where most of my work schedule is located. I have never had a STD other than a urinary tract infection. Back in 2001 I had a computer taken out by a virus [Windows Me]. I view a STD as a worse case scenario. A big burning blister on the end of my penis would be much worse than replacing my hard drive or anti-virus software.

My keyboard is intact and I like having the computer running so after considering that my computer guy lives about 6 miles away and can fix it quickly I would rather have a virus. A std is so icky.

Well, I'd obviously rather have a computer virus, because my wife would be pretty ticked off if I got an STD (or, maybe I'd be mad at her... )
But I really am addicted to my computer. I'm in Iraq for a year, so this is my connection to everyone back home. Plus, I use my computer for downloading music and TV shows from iTunes, keeping up ith sports scores, and a lot more. I'd be mad if it was wrecked by a virus.

ha ha :) point taken...we are FAR to dependant on computers (and technology in general!)
I could not live without my computer for work purposes I must say, but I wouldnt go so far as to say I'd rather have an STD than a computer virus!

a computer virus would be devastating!! Of course there is like 0.0% chance of a STD ever happening to me.

Theres medication for an STD.
Haven't found a cure for computer addiction.
And there are fixes for computer viruses.......hmmm
But yeah an STD would be more devastating

My computer sits in a rocking chair in a night gown by the stair landing window at night. Keeps on calling to me all the time.
