I don't know how old you are but you should see a therapist as soon as possible. Being molested as a child will really warp your way of thinking about the realities of normal, healthy sex. The therapist will be able to steer you in the right direction of what you can do legally; this man needs to be stopped because if he did it to you then he's done it to others and he won't stop until someone stops him. It will be a very difficult thing to do but just think of the other children who will end up just like you if you don't step up and do something. If you are still a young person at home with your parents do go directly to them and tell what has happened.
Others here who've answered your question are alarmed that you said you sneaked out to have sex with him. I am not surprised by this because you have been indoctrinated from a very early age to think that this is a normal thing. It is not normal and the sooner you take steps to help your own mental health and the quicker you can do something to bring this pedophile to the attention of the authorities the happier and healthier you will be. I will pray for you to day. If you are a child still living at home tell you parents or a teacher or your counselor or a policeman. Someone will help you.

First of all, he needs to be turned in for kissing a six year old. There is something wrong with that. How old were you when you had sex with him? If you were less than 18, then, yes, it is rape and he needs to be arrested. However, it is really hard to prove rape unless you went to the hospital and had a rape kit done.
I'm sorry that your dad allowed you to be exposed to someone like this. This guy needs to have his nads cut off with a dull, rusty spoon.

there was some form of consent there. however, if he's done it while you were still a teenager, then regardless if you consented or not, it is still considered rape and he can be imprisoned for that. but if he kept on touching you with your consent when you're older (above 18), then you do not have a case, because you are consenting it and even initiating it.
