let us assume I am downloading (xyz) file from utorrent, as i want to speed my downloading speed to maximum available, i made no limit to upload speed for the file (xyz). my question is if i shared another file (abc) will this affect the downloading speed for (xyz)? and if yes , do I have to use the same tracker at (xyz) in (abc)?

Personally, I have to set up a 15kb/s maximum upload rate or else I upload too much and my general internet (including the download of the torrent) slows down. This may not be the case for you but you may want to try it. Also, make sure that if you're using a router, that the port is forwarded properly.

Generally, the answer would be no. However, realistically, it could be, because using Bittorrent, could very easily max out your connections upload speed, when that happens, the two torrents in which you are both uploading will fight which one will get more speed out of your internet connection.

Also, when you max out your uploading speed, your download speed will get affected as well. So generally it's better to set a general maximum upload speed in your bittorent client settings.
