It would probably be a good idea for your wife to get a pre-pregnancy exam at an OB/GYN to get a clean bill of health as well as some blood work to test her progesterone level to see if she has enough to conceive plus maintain a healthy pregnancy. Her doctor, too, may try a drug called "Clomid" to boost her fertility since she's pushing the menopausal age. Good Luck!

In this day and age 44 is NOT old to be having a baby and she does not need any kind of drugs. If she were 54 instead of 44 I might agree but women have babies in their 40's all the time. It is not even unusual anymore.
So many women wanted to put their career first and then have children that they are in your wife's situation. I would agree on a physical and the advice of a good OB/GYN but there should not be any complications.

have you seen those women who are 50 having kids?
If you love eachother and want a baby, then keep trying and good luck :)

I cant see why not but I would get your wife to go to the doctor and talk it over with them and much sure she is healthy

Probably, but you should go to an OB right away and you may even want to go to a fertility specialist for a consultation.

You are young get yourself a younger wife and you won't have to worry about getting the old bag pregnate...

it is possibe but your wife should talk to her doctor first to be posotive she is in good enough physical condition. my mom was 38 and my sister was born premature and with alot of problems and most of that was due to my mothers age. so please like i said talk to a doctor first.
