Interupt mid joke by saying, "oh yeah I heard that before,but it was about a _____ guy." Pick a guy that is exactly like the fellow telling the joke. If he's Irish or German or short or headheaded. Then wrinkle your nose and say,"I didn't think it was very funny because I usually like ___ guys."

I usually say something like, "Let me stop you before you get started..." I let people know up front that I don't find their brand of "humor" funny. It's offensive.
