What danger? There is no danger that I know of, any more than the dangers one has in having sex with anyone.

Did you mean both sides of the shemale? Regardless, whichever side you choose, or if you choose both sides, it is still as risky as any other sexual activity. Wearing protection is important.

There's no danger if you know what you're getting into ('scuse the pun.).
It's the same as having sex with ANYBODY else - just make sure you use a condom.
