No it is not overrated it is the most wonderful thing in the world and if you can not believe that then you have never truly loved or been loved

yes it is. Love is not a universal concept. It's very american. Most people around the world get married for financial reasons and the like and it's no secret, like it would have to be in america.
Any way. When someone says "i love you" the person being adressed can never really know that the adresser means the same thing by that statement as the adressee would. . most people mean very different things. and in the end it become aparent that we are all alone.
Every living thing dies alone.

No. I think people here are only thinking of the "prince charming sweep me off my feet", but in reality there are so many kinds of love, whether it be true love for a friend, God, your baby, etc.

YES.now a say people will i say "love" to justify just about anything... i love what u you did...i love the way you make me feel...i love being with you..etc.etc..what happened to making eye contact and really saying"I LOVE YOU".....
