Tithe it.
Pay off all my debt.
Help my friends and family as needed.
Fix up my house to sell it...
Put some in savings.
Move.
Pursue my dream of opening a bookstore/ teacher supply store.
That is, depending on what was left over after paying off my debts.

I would likely invest the $100,000 in a variety of stocks and roll my home equity line of credit and my credit card debt into the assets to reduce my interest payments on the credit cards while increasing the overall capital since the interest on margin is about 7% and a good mix of stocks should return 10-15% per year. This would be a godsend. The overall debt woudl be about 40-50,000 with assets backing it up of $100,000. Interest on the debt would be about 3,000/year and dividends alone on the stocks should be about 5,000 /year with capital appreciation adding an additional 10,000/year. This would be the smartest thing to do with that much money in my opinion.

First consider this would fall into the category of a gift, so 42% would go to taxes. Since I do enjoy the priviledges of being an American Citizen and I have money that I wouldn't have noramlly had, I'd raise that percentage to 50%. The remaining 50%, I would split evenly with 25% going to charitable causes and 25% to myself for paying off my stupid debt that I have and enjoying a nice vacation. For all you that think giving 50% towards taxes is stupid, consider that when I file my return I will have the 25% of Charitable Giving to apply to my return for a credit and I would have in effect given a short term loan to the government. Why can't the wealthy have the same appreciation and let go of a little bit more of their incomes to keep this country alive.

My car is knackered, the fuel injectors are buggered and water leaks in whenever it rains. so a better car would be top of my list. Then I`d fix the broken door on my house so it stops flooding. ext I`d build a wall to stop people throwing broken bottles and rubbish into my garden where my daughter plays. then I`d pay for my wife to visit her family she hasn`t seen in ages.
Or I could use the money to have a cannon grafted onto my chest so I could thwart my enemies

I would track you down and see if we were meant for a life together. It would seem supernatural to me and, there, something i should check out. Like Earl and his karma rehab program i would be on my way shortly.
