legally how can we get criminals to go to war instead of or youth.?

even if some of the criminals are legally crazy, they could not be more crazy than the men who come back from the war unfortunatly, c,mon wake up is there any legal advice??????

Initially ask for volunteers and follow up by entering in to contract for go to areas were hand to hand fight is involved with agreement for remission in sentence on successfully completing the task

dont have any advice for u but it sounds like a good idea to me
talk to your congress man n your state he might or might not agree with u what do u have to lose
