Yes, the answer is D because in the set D, there is a value 0. You cannot divide a number by zero such as 3/0. You can do 3/10 and 3/20 but that 3/0 can't be done, making the entire set not possible.

The answer is D because you CANNOT divide by a 0 EVER

divding by a set means that you divide by each individual number in the set. so A would look like this 3/{1, 2, 4} = 3/1, 3/2, 3/4

and therefore D would look like this 3/{0, 10, 20} = 3/0, 3/10, 3/20
since 3/0 cannot be done mathematically and that is the only set that contains a zero then D is the answer.

Its simple:

Set D is: {0, 10, 20}
© cannot be replaced by 0 because if 0 substitutes ©, the fraction will be 3/0, which is improper.

So the answer is D.
