Unless you are on a tour, the travel agency won't be picking you up from the airport here, but perhaps the hotel you are staying at could arrange a pick up from the airport...you would have to contact them to ask. But it is safe here to take a taxi or shuttle bus, and there is also a train that goes under the airport and gets you into the city quickly.
The airport isn't far from the city here, and if it's not rush hour, only takes about 15 minutes to get downtown.

Better to take a taxi from the airport.

You could also arrange for a limousine. Check out these links.

travel agencies don't do this in Australia.
when you arrive you will find outside a taxi stand. or If you feel you want to arrange for a pick up ahead of time check: www.taxiscombined.com.au
you can book online or give them a call.
