Yes, I believe in starting off with everyone with a totally open mind. Then I add or subtract points on traits as and when I notice them in a person. I always try to give the person the benefit of doubt when I am not sure about a particular point. As I frequently have to recruit people for jobs, this approach helps me in making proper assessment of people.

I cannot tell! But in my humble opinion people are three kinds:
1) People with good manners: We deal with them generously and kindly.
2) Evil people: We should not be nice to this kind, must deal with them strictly and carefully.
3) Normal people: Deal with them neither kindly nor strictly, but something in between.
