Is it possible to send a Fax letter over the internet? how?

Yes, this is VERY possible and even though it is not a FREE program -- the charge is ridiculously low (I think it's something like $ 3 or $ 4 USD) and from what I have read about this thing it is SUPER in the way it performs !!! i know there was a program called WinFax.. there are definantly programs out there that can do it..
