I'm not able to hear sound from some website (such as radio) on my mindows media player..?

I'm not able to hear sound from some website (such as radio) on my mindows media player..?

I updated it to the latest version, but i still cant hear sound. A window asking me to download a plug-in pops up, but when I click okay it says there are no suitable plug ins.
I have real player also- but don't know how it can be used in place of windows player..

I looked in Help. Then downloaded something that
fixed the problem.
