Apparently in his world, full eye transplants actually exist. I've heard of partial transplants for specific issues but never a full transplant. But yeah he got Will's eyes. He should still have been blind though.

maddona didnt play in vision quest.............i dont recall any of her songs being in that movie, however i do remember the song by JOURNEY 'ONLY THE YOUNG CAN SAY' being in that movie. Now maddona's song CRAZY FOR YOU was in the movie AT CLOSE RANGE starring SEAN PENN and CHRISTOPHER WALKEN.
