the front surface of my foot was hit hard by a soccerball shot by a highschooler. the back of my ankle still hurts. now when i straighten out my ankle with force, it makes cracking noises but it doesn't hurt. i could do the cracking whenever i want. what is wrong?

sounds like you may have fractured it.And you probably did not even know it.So it never healed properly .Sometimes it can be fixed other times arthritis and tendinitis sets in .So sorry

Well Simon, you just might want to tell your parents! In case you didn't notice, this isn't WebMD! Tell your mom what's going on and she'll probably take you to the doctor. If it's been "hurting" since the 5th grade, it can't be too serious, but why take any chances.
