I mean to say that , the computer languages and the products with respect to hardware and software ,keeps changing very fast how to acquiant the knowledge so fastly, and any easy steps get to the topic soon.

Read everything you can. Practice every day. If you're interested enough, keeping up with the times is easy. If you're only doing it because you think you should, then it becomes a lot harder.

First, focus on one thing. For example, Networking or Programming or ERP. Then start from the source websites, i bet you will get lots of information.
