If yes,
Q.1. how many times u have called?
Q.2. for what queries did u call ur call center operator? (eg: roaming, bill clarification, caller tunes, etc.,)
answers will be highly appreciated.
am compiling a report on Call center traffic of Mobile operators.

I have called my operators call center around 3 or 4 times in 9 months to clarify my options that I selected on my plan, what some new features were, & to obtain further features on my mobile internet. Hope it helps

Once during the war of Israel upon Lebanon, I had my phone-line locked so I called to refix it.
The second one was when I travelled for somedays to ask the operator how much credits I still have.
