The overall emotions.
When among the same sex, you don't get excited in their presence (unless otherwise) nor do you drift and day dream about the same sex or get in a jealous swing when someone in particular talks to the opposite sex.
The fact of the matter is this.
When with someone of the opposite sex, you think about sex. You imagine it with him or her. The emotions they invoke and the simple awe they can instill inside you. Simply enough, we follow the line of procreation and gratification.

Females : the hair, the hips, the eyes, and boobs
Males: their walk, body shape - not thin not thick!-, and definitely skin color!
I like white-skinned females and males with black or any dark hair color
PS: I know I should have answered only for Males whom are my opposite sex.. but.. ummm.. yea man girls also attract!

Maybe some kind of ray? Yeah, my body and clothing absorb incoming photons and then release photons with a discrete energy to form a ray of some sort. If the girl is blind I can use my sonic wave-lure.

My imagination. There is never a dull moment inside this skull. Of course my good looks and solid work ethic doesn't hurt along with my sound moral judgment and clean lifestyle. Oh, who am I kidding, I don't come in contact with any other humans.
