The tombs that are discovered are mass graves of Armenians and Greeks. Both Armenian and Greeks were mass murdered in Asia Minor during the years 1915-1922. It was a plan of Ethnic cleansing of the non Turkish population.
There were of course Turks that die too. Mainly by Armenians who tried desperately to defend themselves or casualties of war!
The number of the dead Turks (or Muslims) wasn't more than a few thousands while the Armenian lost 1 million 500 thousands and the Greeks at list 300 thousands (and 1 million 500 thousand refuges that left the Greek provinces of Asia Minor. If you visit present day Turkey you will still see thousands of Greek monuments such as ancient cities (Pergamos, Ephesus, Allikarnasos, etc. The most insulting is the fact that hundred of Greek orthodox churches have been turned either into mosques or in some cases) .
There was never any guided plan against the Turks!

Actually, you have it backwards.

Between 1915 and 1918, the Turks carried out genocide on the Armenians, not the other way around.
