Unless men are cheating only with men and women only with women, the numbers must be fairly even.
I consider BOTH parties in an affair to be cheating, even if only one is married. So if a married man is having an affair with an unmarried woman, BOTH that man and that woman are cheating, because they both are involved in the breaking of that vow.
Even unmarried, by having an affair with a married man, she shows the same level of disregard for the meaning of marriage.
So I say the numbers are essentially even.

Both the same to be honest. Its just differentce here would be who is hiding it better and try to look innocent everyday. Women! They hide better. They have better acting skills. They are in a way weaker but stronger when it comes to make you feel guilty by questioning them, or not trusting them and other things like putting some things to work in order for you to worked about their mess up. Once her **** is spread wide open, men forget the fact that she came home late or she was out with her so called homegirls all night.
We on other hand tend to get detailed on you, trying to sniff your dick when you come home and we dont let things slide. We will look for stuff until we find it once hints are there.

I would say men. Men dont think with their heads or hearts so when they cheat it is for satisfaction only. Women only cheat when they are unhappy, so that leads back to the man in their life that causes the problem in the first place.

It is close to even. Women tend to be able to keep it a secret better than men. Every women will say men if you watch.

I think these days its pretty much equal..every one that cheats gives all kinds of reasons why they cheat..Women just as well as men..

men because they're the ones who gets bored in the relationship. and since most girls/women are starting to dress slutty the guy's eyes wander around and fantasize what it would be like to bang that girl and POW the next thing you know they are going out, lying to their partner and cheating the night away...

Human nature is the same. A person who gets horny more frequently is likely to cheat more. It cud be either man or a woman.

it's both. men just aren't as 'slick' about it as women are. women know how to hide things better and be more sly about it. men just cheat and don't know how to cover their lies or alibies. both men & women cheat equally :)
