Well, if she never called the police or filed a police report then it would be hard to prove domestic abuse. It would be your word against hers,
Get a good lawyer, they will be able to help you with these false allegations.
You daughter is a US citizen... I don't think she can lave with her. The US does not allow duel citizenship unless your parents are US citizens and you were born in a foreign country and even then you have to choose when you turn 18.
Just keep your cool and get a lawyer... I think that your chances are pretty good. She will be deported if the two of you divorce.

You can file for divorce against her and go for custody. You both seem to have the same problem with the abuse situation. Without documented police reports of such, then legally it never happened which in your case, going for custody wont help you since you will have to prove her as an unfit mother and documented abuse charges against her would have helped tremendously. Now since is has a conditional green card(not quite sure what that entails) that may mean if she gets a divorce from a regular citizen she either has to leave the country or apply for permanent status. If she has to leave and since your daughter is a naturalized citizen she will be able to stay with you, so a good thing in your favor unless she had documented proof of domestic abuse against you. Hope you understand this and it helps a little. Good luck

Thats a hard question! I personally dont think you should try to battle for your daughter. it will end up hurting her because war between parents - child always bears the impact in some way. Best way is to find a way to get along with wife - hopefully help her to get help for her problem.
You could suggest going to counselling together but then when you are there be really honest and say to the counsellor what is really going on.
I am in Australia so i really dont know the law over there and i dont know what a green card is. Sorry. But i do know that taking legal action is not the way. Try to talk her out of it. Plead your case of not wanting to hurt the child.
Best of luck

It depends on the genre. If it's in romance, the character might be unable to do that stuff so that a lover can help them learn how, and also cause 'bondage.' If it's comedy, it might be used to make something funny. I've seen it used more commonly in comedy, and it works, because characters end up making really stupid mistakes. (I've mostly seen it used in the rich person randomly having to live like a poor person context.) If it's fantasy or sci fi, it might be because the character doesn't need those skills until they are put into a circumstance without magic or technologies used in their universe. It's just a literary device. It shouldn't be taken to heart because you DO need to know how to do that sort of thing. I've found the anti domestic stuff to be a total cliche.

Abusive women are known to play this game, as most of society will believe them over the man when it comes to abuse. Honestly, get her abuse on tape whether it is audio or video. Also, leave her, file for divorce, and get temporary orders with you child staying with you. Get an attorney, and tell him everything that has happened. Tell your family everything that has happened. Make sure everyone knows. It is likely that in "public" she often plays the perfect and calm wife she is not.
Above all, get yourself and your daughter out. This woman will likely not change. And, if you are gone, the abuse will likely turn to the child.

Get a good attorney and take her to court and prove your innocence and you will also have to prove that she abused you and has doing so as well. I really do not know what your chances are but more then likely she will keep the child unless you can prove she is unfit and you did not say anything here about her being a bad mom.

You need to call the police and document all cases of abuse---I mean pictures and a written report everytime. Never take the law into your own hands. All you have is your integrity and dignity when it comes to fighting the charges. Considering the jail time you might get if you don't win, you better let her and the kid go---do yourself a favor---I mean it---and you better investigate a new woman before you get involved again--you have a serious problem and you need to get out fast. Good luck--get going.

You can also get her for domestic violence. It's just not meant for women to pursue against a man. Next time you need to turn the tables on her. The person you should look out after is your daughter. Don't let her see you 2 fighting etc. It WILL affect her.

You need to see a lawyer and also to visit her doctor and tell him exactly the way she treats you. In my opinion there is no difference in a woman hitting and biting than a man doing it, it is outrageous. I hope she is not violent towards your precious daughter. This woman has a problem and needs to sort herself out, if she doesn't then she needs to " ship out ". Best wishes.

SEEK LEGAL ADVICE NOW!!!!! As the childs legal father you have legal rights to see the child. The courts there to help you get legal rights to visitation , it would then be legally binding agreement between you & the mother!!!!! hit her with the paper work then she has to do all the work to stop you seeing the child which she can not break !!!!! GOOD LUCK
