How do I set a group email through Outlook Express so I only have to type 1 thing to send to multiple people?

I want to have a group setting so I type 1 thing and it automatically sends it to 4 people without me having to type each name individually. Is this possible???

If you want send messages to same group of people again and again the following method is very useful :

Open address book
select New
select new group
Give a Group name
Click Select members and
select the name one by one
click OK after selecting the names

When you send a message type only the group name in the "TO" column and the message will be sent to all the members
selected by you earlier.

When you have entered your first mail recipient press the ; button, then enter you next recipient and another ; button and so on untill youve entered all the names you need. Don't put a ; after the final name. thats it ready to send
