Nope, because each side will have 3 numbers to add up to equal 9, but what two numbers could you add up to equal 9 if one of the numbers is 7? you'd have to use the number 1 twice. Same goes for if one of the Numbers is 8, or 9.
Sorry, not a possibility.

1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 = 21
21/3 = 7

Sorry, if all sides add up to 21 and the sides are all equal, they are all 7, not 9.

I don't have all your rules, but I'm inclined to say no. Unless one side only has two numbers (7&2), you will have to exceed 9.

no i dont think u can do it cause 1 is the odd ball number it dont add up but if someone could do it i would like to no how they did it
