Take it off. Don't worry, sleeping without a bra won't effect the shape of your breasts.

I have heard that if you sleep with your bra on, there is constant stress put on your breast tissue due to the wiring and tight fit which in the long run can be detrimental to your health. On the other hand, if you sleep with your bra off, they can relax without stress which is good in the long run.

I was always told that if you have underwire in your bras you should NOT sleep with them on, but if you are big busted and are more comfortable with some support you should go for a non underwire one, like a sports bra.
(apparently the underwire can damage your milk ducts or something if worn too much...this may be false, but that's what I was told by the lady at Rigby and Peller!)

I sleep with my bra off, it hasn't done me any harm over the past few years, and the fella prefers it that way, I always wear knickers as I feel better with them on, if fella wants them off, then he has to take them off. But other then that, I don't really think there is anything medical that could go wrong

Is not healthy to sleep with you bra because of you circulation system, you spend most of the day with the bra so at night just give you body the rest so when you sleep your blood could go through without problem. is always good to sleep with cloth that is not to tided. Don't sleep with bra let them FREE.

off, you're laying down so gravity is not pulling them down like if you were standing, so it's really not helping you that way as far as preventing sag. Plus, especially with underwires, if you lay on them, they can cut off your lymphatic fluid circulation, which could cause your lymphnodes to swell and possibly lead to breast cancer. doctors also recommend women who are prone to yeast infection not to wear underwear to bed either. So if you can get comfortabel doing both it's better for your health
.
aside from that, I am a guy, so the idea of a woman wearing a bra and panties to bed naturally does not go over well with me, LOL

I know large breasted women sometimes sleep with their bras on to support them but most people sleep without one, it shouldnt do any harm either way, whichever you feel comfortable with

I'm not surprised that most of the answers here are from guys saying to leave it off for reasons other than your health.
My ex used to sleep with hers off, she said it was more comfortable for her. I think it depends on what you're most comfortable with. I don't know about any of the health effects of either way.
(PS. I'm sooo sorry that the other guys on here are so narrow minded. Though, you're only young once, but you really can be immature forever. There's the proof on this page!!!)
