i have recently brought a puegeot 106 however i want a pair of 15 inch alloy 4 stud wheels i can only afford 200 where can i get these cheap from ...dont mind if they are second hand???also what is the name of the clip things you can put on windscreen wipers????

If you only have that little to spend what the hell are you doing looking at new wheels?????? I'm going out on a limb here but I would be willing to bet there are higher priorities in your life.

You could buy one of those wheel sell books you can get at the gas station. Will be where the mags and books on selling cars and trucks would be.
Look in the back where there are no pics. They tend to have cheaper stuff there. And then just call and ask.
And the clip thing could be alot of things. You need to be more specific. If you have an Auto Zone, start there. They tend to have some street wear for cars and you may find what you are looking for.
It can be wind breakers, lights, fans, decor etc.....
