no it doesnt... all it does it make you stress out and confuse you because in the end you dont know what to do

Actually, a fresh second or third look at things never did any harm if the situation is not acute, as long as it is done from a fresh angle.

Analyzing helps alot....But " over " analyzing is a pure headache

I've heard it's like yanking up a fragile indoor plant every day to see how its roots are growing. Doesn't sound very helpful to me. Take it from one who has been accused of overanalyzing a LOT.

I dont think so. It just throws us into a vicious cycle of anxiety and never making a firm decision easily.

yeah it does... it helps u end up w/a headache!!!
analyzing is enuf... anything OVER is bad!
