no it doesnt... all it does it make you stress out and confuse you because in the end you dont know what to do

I've heard it's like yanking up a fragile indoor plant every day to see how its roots are growing. Doesn't sound very helpful to me. Take it from one who has been accused of overanalyzing a LOT.
