I had my tubes tied over 18 yrs ago i have every sign of pregnancy. nausea, light headed, back pain and drinking diet pepsi like i have never drank them before i actually crave it. i can feel fluttering in my. stomach and i have to lay on one particular side to sleep. up until 2 weeks ago i was a smoker i can not stand the taste of a cigarette in my mouth now for it makes me sick. i went to the doctor and had a blood test done but it came back negative..my body is in full pregnancy mode....could there be a chance that i am still pregnant and the test could be wrong. i was told yrs ago that i was pregnant after my 1st son and i had a blood test ran, but i was not pregnant...could it be that i will finally get my daughter i feel her. this would be a miracle

i would say definitely go to a doctor and get a second opinion. maybe you do have a baby girl now. However (not to be offensive or anything), I can't help but notice you've had your tubes tied for 18 years, and you may be getting the early signs of menopause.
on another note, if you really want a daughter and it turns out you're not pregnant, have you ever thought of adopting? you mention that it'd be a miracle if you had a daughter, and i'm sure there's some little girl out there thinking it'd be a miracle if she had a mother like you. just some food for thought.

Our bodies are amazing on what they can do. Even though you had your tubes tied it is possible for them to grow back together around where it was previously 'cut'. So after 18 years you may very well be pregnant. You may just have to wait it out a lil longer for more signs to convince the doctor if the blood test came back negative. Especially if you have a history of them coming up negative. I would check back with your doctor in a couple weeks maybe do another blood test or an at home one. In the meantime listen to your body; they're pretty good at telling you what you need so if you're pregnant you'd want to stop smoking anyways.

Tubligations are not 100%. I had my tubes tied and I was told there is still a small chance of pregnancy.
I would have your doctor run more test to be absolutely certain.

maybe wait a bit and if your period is still a no show go back to doctor. My ex BF mother got pregnant with her tubes tied... good luck...

maybe your goi ng through menopause!! They have the same symptoms as pregnancy!

You might be pregnant or it could be the symptoms of menopause.
