my wife wants to separate from me but in turn she is asking me the shop i run and my flat and if i do not give her what she wants then she will take legal action against me , by putting a false allegation on me, like i hit her/i'am voilent etc, and she will make an FIR under IPC 498. please help if any body in india has got some way out , to save my self and property from this woman . she if 4 yrs elder to me ,wealso have a 6 yeras old daughter , and right now i have left my house and business and i'am living with my brother in a different town , because if i return home then the next step my wife will be taking is that she will be calling the police and will get me booked under the law. when i was with her she used to quarell and use abusive language against me and my family every day , on every small things she quarells. I being an Indian citizen I find myself so helpless and paralised that our country's law and order has not provided any security for husbands against such cruel wife

You really need to talk to a lawyer. Plus, if she is accusing you of being abusive, she would have to have some kind of proof to back that up, such as pictures, a police report, or some kind of hospital record. She is not entitled to your business, but in all likelyhood will get your home if you get divorced. But your best bet is to talk to a lawyer as soon as possible.

Ur marriage is apparently more than 7 year old. U can apply for judicial separation/divorce on the ground of cruelty. She has no right to ur property. She can get maintenance for herself and ur children whose custody will in any case remain with her unless she agrees otherwise.

You will need a good attorney then if you dont want her to have this stuff and more then likely she wont get it unless she goes for divoce but then again i could be wrong... Why is she wanting out of this marriage? Have you ever hit her or been violent towards her? If you have and she has proof of it watch out she has grounds and means to do this but if you have never hit her or ever been violent towards her then you have nothing to worry about.

You need to file for a divorce and custody of the child before she does. There is no proof of anything so don't FREAK! Call a Lawyer!

My dogs become on the vets workplace on the prompt for a shot. She has a mole on her face and that i become wondering about having it reduce off. i will attend somewhat longer previously I decide-- careful about the finished pig ear element--my different dogs loves to eat those.

I'm not sure what you can do....If shes that cruel take the child and split the country..Okay no dont do that try and fight it in courts...Good Luck to you

don't go back to her, if u know what she is going to do. get away from her, protect yourself. in the USA there has to be proof of abuse, usually. but if it were me i would stay as far away from her as possible, eventually she may just decide divorce is the easiest way to go.
