Ohhhh...I get it now!

A * B = 800
B = 800/A

4A + 2B and since B = 800/A, then
4A + 1600A^-1

taking the derivitive yields:
4A^2 - 400 = 0
A = 20
B = 40

Total Length = 4*30 + 2*40 = 160
