Simply, tsar, or czar, was the title for the emperor of Russia. An emperor is just like a king but tends to rule over more people and people of more than one race.

They rule different countries, but they are still heads for monarchy's. Czar is from Russian nobility and Kings from western Europe.

I think the major one is that a king rules his people as a royal human, whereas the czars were seen as more than human, closer to divinity.

czar is what ppl call their king in russia, there's no big difference between the both

If ur talking about Julius Caesar and why he was different than a king, it was because he was popular with the plebians(farmers and poor/regular folk) and during a mid autumn festival somebody(most likely a plebian) placed a wreath with a white ribbon on it on his chair. That was a sign of a King. Than he had a statue made out of gold. That statue was him and he placed it among the statues of gods and other very famous kings. That was the sign of an eternal king. He declared himself king over Rome.

CZAR title is awarded by Lord Jesus Christ to the emperor of Russia...Rest you recreate from your knowledge and history...You will understand....

Also the Emperor of Ethiopia Hailis Salaasi was the one and the only one!! Think it over!!!

czar another way of writing Caesar. same for Kaiser. means emperor.
