If you have been circumcised, the head of your penis will be bare all the time and the grovve beneath it will be clearly exposed, even when you are not erect. If you are uncircumcised, the head will be covered by a tube of skin. It is much better to be circumcised - it is not painful and the benefits are many. There are no disadvantages to circumcision.

It will hurt like hell when you are being circumcised - trust me you will know.
If you are really asking how to tell whether you are circumcised or not, look at the skin near the head of your penis. Will that skin come forward and cover the head or the penis - somewhat like a hood? If it does you are NOT - however, if the head of your penis is exposed at all times you are circumcised. I am not and consequently the head of penis was protected from stimuli and as such it was very sensitive which to me is great as it enhances my enjoyment of sexual activities. Biggest thing is to be use that you keep everytihing clean. Easy way of course is to mastrabate in the show with some soap as a lubricant.

Set up a street poll. Ask passers by to admire your penis and see if they think if your circumcised or not. Ask about 100 people and go with the majority.

Look at your penis and see if there is skin covering it or does it look like some of the skin has been surgically removed?

the head of your penis is always visible. shaft skin does not cover the mushroom-like head.

the natural penis has a flesh covering on the head of it. called the foreskin, if your penis head is bare, then its been circumcised.
