I think you would be entitled to a new motherboard, if the warrantyis still in effect - but I'd be very surprised if they gave you cash. Do you have the warranty paperwork so you can check the fine print?

They're lying about not having a motherboard in stock, to force you to spend more money. Just keep insisting they replace yours. Call every day and show up if you can. Threaten to sue.

I can just about definitely guarantee you that they won't give you back your money. Best move would be to ask for a mobo of comparable value.

hi dear.....

i think they wont provide any replacement of mobo without any warrenty papers........ it's better if u start searching for those else u sell that mobo to someone n look for new one...

n dont forget to secure the warrenty papers next time......

Get in contact with them again and request or demand that you get a better motherboard or get in contact with a group who will get in contact with them to organize something to get done properly.

Basically if they do not have your motherboard in stock they should be offering you a better motherboard that is in there terms Up To Date

If the dealership accrued the tax on the guaranty then they could desire to refund it of you cancel the guaranty. in case you paid the tax on the DMV (elementary practice in many states) then you extremely'll could desire to convey the workplace work to the DMV to have the tax on the guaranty refunded to you. there is yet another attention regardless of the undeniable fact that: If the guaranty wasn't taxed interior the 1st place, there is not something to be refunded to you.
