When i turn 18 im going to get my eyebrow peirced. But someone told me that its really dangerous because around the eyebrow is a important nerve or something. And if it gets peirced it can paralyze the whole side of your face. Is that true? Then some people say that its the place wear it hurts least when peirced. Any information would be really helpful. thx

I've never heard of that happening before, but if you get it done, make sure you go to a good place with trained professionals and get recommendations from friends. I thought about getting it a long time ago but I noticed that after a while the skin starts to stretch because of the weight of the ring. A couple of my friends had it done and it starts to look weird after a while, plus it leaves an ugly scar. I'm not telling you not to do it, it's just something to consider.

Yes it is true. That's why you go to a professional piercer. Also, you may want to ask what is "safer"--a vertical or horizontal piercing. I had mine done horizontally and loved it. Again, make sure you go to a professional.

Oldest kid has his pierced and he is fine. Talk to the place where you will get it done. They would not be doing it if they were going to get in trouble. Kid did his on his own.

i had mine pierced, it didn't hurt, and i never had any trouble with it, when i finally let it heal, it never left a scar either.
