According to Mozart in his opera 'Don Giovanni', it was indeed the Don (aka Don Juan). His manservant sings an aria - the catalogue aria - in which he lists his master's conquests:-
Leporello:
My dear lady, this is a list
Of the beauties my master has loved,
A list which I have compiled.
Observe, read along with me.
In Italy, six hunddred and forty;
In Germany, two hundred and thirty-one;
A hundred in France; in Turkey, ninety-one;
In Spain already one thousand and three.
Among these are peasant girls,
Maidservants, city girls,
Countesses, baronesses,
Marchionesses, princesses,
Women of every rank,
Every shape, every age.
With blondes it is his habit
To praise their kindness;
In brunettes, their faithfulness;
In the very blond, their sweetness.
In winter he likes fat ones.
In summer he likes thin ones.
He calls the tall ones majestic.
The little ones are always charming.
He seduces the old ones
For the pleasure of adding to the list.
His greatest favourite
Is the young beginner.
It doesn't matter if she's rich,

The serious side of your question is answered by the antics of Napoleon.His principle power came from his ability to attract women
and I mean women of power and influence.He was able to sense the control he had in a crowd and how to get his male rivals in politics to compromise through influencing their female relatives.
In the 20th century it was President Kennedy.
The Fonze beat Archie easily.It was all those endless re-runs.

to those who're answering in user-friendly words by technique of declaring that homosexuality is faulty, the XY gene is male, yet in certain circumstances an XY man or woman will be born with woman genetalia. women are XX, yet in certain circumstances an XX man or woman will be born with male genetalia. The XY / XX imagine is why the guy determines the gender of the newborn. All eggs carry in user-friendly words an X chromosomes, yet sperm carry both an X or a Y. So the question is how is homosexuality determined? If an outwardly male appearing man or woman falls in love with a guy, yet he's genetically woman, is it nonetheless homosexualaity? strong question. Edit: Kudos to Renee. That turned right into a spectacular answer.

Well, I don't mean to be sacrilegious, but I'd say Christ. In a spiritual sense, the Nuns believe that they will/are married to the heavenly host.
But on a level of mortals, Id'a imagine Casanova, if you follow his writings. But on the other hand, don't always trust everything that an autobiographer writes about himself; a good part of it may in fact be tales.

Milton Hershey has attracted more females than any man on Earth.
And his chocolate has gotten me out of the dog house on more than one occasion.
