I have 6 of my own! :D It's like the pringle commericals "once you pop, you can't stop"
My wittle baby Charlie is a mix of: American Crested (my weakness on any pig), Dalmation, and Tortise
Chance: I now believe he is a Sheltie and not Peruvian
Simon: Rex
Peter: Short haired
Patrick: Short haired
Cody: Short haired with a bit of dalmation
I want to get a skinny pig! :D
I love all of my pigs but Charlie is my home girl, we always have our daily cuddles and sometimes I'll bring her into my bed in the morning so we can watch some TV and cuddle more. She even knows the sound of my voice and will start squeaking and looking for me :D

I adore guinea pigs. I've had them since I'm 7, so that was almost 9 years ago.
I have over 20 of them. The numbers varies, but currently I have 22 of the little buggers, and am expecting three sows to have pups in early to mid March.
I have a few Abyssinians, one Abyssinian Satin, a few Americans, and a few American Satins, a couple of Coronets, and Peruvians. I have ones ranging from a few weeks old to almost 4 years old (my American Satin Himalayan, Storm, is turning 4 years, Nov 22!). I have boars and sows, longhairs, shorthairs, harsh haired ones. Different varieties.
Cavies are totally fun! I love when they popcorn, purr, etc. My one Abyssinian, Diaper Boy, purrs the best of all my cavies, and always purrs when you pet him!
Cavies have always been my favorite animal (well, after horses weren't my favorite, which happened to be a few years old). I think they are way better than dogs and cats. Though I adore rats, I love the cavies more... even though I'd love to have rats now, I don't think my dad wants me to have any more pets, since we already have a whole bunch of cavies that ranges in numbers.
Trust me, I don't have that many compared to other cavy breeders, where some have a few hundreds! :O

I had 2 Abyssinians, brother and sister, and that they fought all of the time. She grew to become into continuously scolding him and that they've been hilarious. as quickly as I positioned treats out for them she might continuously take his after which after she bit on it, she'd supply it to him. If we gave him a handle 1st, she might initiate scolding and he might lay the handle down.

i have a white male Abyssinian named linny and i love him. he has a little brown spot around his eye like that dog from the little rascals. he is a moody one though. when he gets tired of being pet or picked up, he head butts us. he nips a little but doesn't bite hard. he likes to hang out with my lovebirds and loooooves his carrots, he is such a good boy.

Guinea pigs are quite pets. They have unique personalities and have an appetite similar to rabbits.

That is so cool, My two dogs lay on me when I watch CSI. My son named his Spike (like Spike TV that we always watch) and my daughter named hers Chico. Spike is bigger and it sometimes hurts when he crawls on my chest, but Chico will lay next to me.
They are Chihuahuas but they paw and scratch my chest when they try to jump from one couch to the other......I hate that. Also, I have to keep them from chewing on my thongs, they seem to love my underwear.
I never had guinea pigs, but they sound cool. I love my dogs, and I suppose if I had guinea pigs instead, that I would love them just as much....
Sincerely

Noisy little buggers, but very good pets-especially if they are handled daily.
