I think France are looking strongest due to least injuries.

I think France have a good chance of winning the tournament but I don't think it's very high up on their list of priorities. Michalak is out with a serious knee injury and so far their only answer to that has been to play Traille at fly half. Traille is actually injured as well at the moment and the other fly halves in the France, Skrela and Boyet; aren't exactly setting the night on fire. He should have gone for Beauxis but I think Beauxis is being kept under wraps until the World Cup - he's awesome and has the nerve to kick a goal in the WC final.

Ireland's pack, whilst excellent, especially the likes of O'C, N Best and Leamy, is not leagues ahead of the French pack in my opinion and I'll be interested to see whether Boss and Wallace are given the chance to shine after spending most of last season in the shadow of Stringer and O'Gara.

Right now B.O.D and d'Arcy are firing on all cylinders whereas Fritz and Jauzions, through a combination of loss of form and injury respectively, aren't threatening any defences at the moment.

It's a shame that Romain Cabannes won't be playing against Ireland as Laporte had promised him a game against O'Driscoll but this basically means that a fit again Jauzion will line up with either Fritz or Marty. The back three made up of three of Castaignède, Rougerie, Clerc, Heymans and Dominici is as good as any in the world and both Yachvilli and Ellisalde are on top form with the boot and ball in hand.

I can't see Ireland beating the French under any circumstances to be honest; they played against a fourth rate South African team and cruised to a comfortable, though not faultless victory, and they prepared very well and played out of their skins in a one off game against a hung over, lazy Australian XV that was more interested in signing it's league contract for the post-RWC period and who wanted to go home at the end of their season. Ireland aren't that good.

I don't mind if they don't win the 6N, as long as they beat England.

It's only a game and people take this so seriously....

It is not just about the team players and what country they are from, it is how the play on the day!!
Each team has good players.

Go on Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France and Italy!!!

What's with all the exclamation marks?

Anyway, I don't think England will win it, but we won't get the wooden spoon. There's a lot of pride to restore.

I think either Ireland or France will win it.

You don't really have a clue do you??

How can you say we don't have a chance???

We are getting better & stronger with every match.. We've changed our game style and it really suits us.. We are controling on the pitch and if we want it it's there for us.. We don't need to have a 22 strong team.. we need our key players to turn up on the day.. as for England...... Wooden spoon is right..

Move over.. sit back and watch...The IRISH are coming..

One simple answer! Going back to the same game plan, team and ideas that won you the world cup in 2003.. Every other team in the world has progressed but England have become stuck in a rut! Dont think they will get out of it any time soon either. Also lets get rid of blokes like armitage who quite clearly belong in the English Football Premiership with all his diving about. I think he must train with Drogba!
