You have not mentioned the size of the office you own, the amount of money you could put up to start a business? Your education qualifications, vocational or technical training etc.
What is it you like to do? you should find something you like doing , then do it and make others pay you for it. That would be the ideal business, In this way you would always be happy while making good money.
You have not even mentioned whether you would like to start a business on your own. Do you have any kind of support, e.g. your wife. Is she qualified in any special field that could complement your business.
I believe your wife would be your best business partner.
IM me if your online, maybe we could have a more meaningful exchange of ideas.

My friend you need to provide a hell of a lot of info before anyone can give you some clue on what you need by way of capital. Please go and do lot more homework, be clear on your business plan, etc and revert. Sorry for being abrupt but please dont expect a magic answer from this site.
