Well Im extremely SHY so I've never really had a boyfriend. Usually when Im attracted to a guy i like i tend to avoid them! lol Well there is one guy at work that likees me. Problem is hes a lot older! Im 20 and Im assuming hes around 30. Should i give this guy a chance?

no - relationships with colleagues almost always never last and it makes things uncomfortable for the other people that work there as well. it is unprofessional and it'll only end in tears - your tears! you need to learn how to seperate work from pleasure.

Off course.
A person older will treat you much nicer then a younger guy. He will also respect and treasure you. Guys who are much younger will not give you the kind, tender and loving care where a mature person can provide plus the experience.
It is very common to be attach to a older person and it is perfectly alright.
