soul , body is just like a dress . after we die ,only the bodyremains the soul travel .If you ask how can you tell about soul, the answer is . See we always tell our mind is telling to do this or my mind is telling not to do this thing ,right. Where is the mind, in heart or brain can you operate and show this mind. The answer will be no, because it is invisible. And that is the soul. If you tell there is no soul because i have not seen it , then i will ask you one more thing ?When we are ready to belive that the existence of great grandfathers before the 10th generation whom we have not seen, then you will have to belive in the soul which we have not seen .Is it clear now .Be happy take care.

when we speak about ourselves it should be about the soul which is what we actually are. the body is like a garment which is discarded when it is no longer required after the sentence on earth is over.

the soul or energy within the body is the part of the greater soul we call god/cosmic energy. it is like the planet which has broken away from the sun. the ultimate destination of the soul is to merge with the cosmic energy like it is the destination of the planet to merge with the sun eventually.

the soul acquires the body to fulfil some mission or a learning process which it has to complete to further evolve.it may be a lesson in trusting people/or not to be greedy etc. but once in the physical body the soul forgets. however, in the mental body, emotional body, spiritual body and astral body the soul is very much aware of its mission.

We are all the creation of an omnipotent being we call God. God created a number of souls and just to differentiate each soul He has provided each soul with a body duly designed to suit His plans for its purpose on this earth. The body like everything else on this earth has a life span and can be destroyed at anytime, the soul however, moves on according to His plans. We human Beings are the body, our body belongs to the soul and the soul belongs to God. When ‘we’ (the body) die the soul may adorn another body (provided by God) and continue its purpose here on this earth or be transferred in some other form to some other world. We the human form of body are designed for this earth. We have a pre determined life-span subject to being destroyed at anytime because of various reasons…neglect, sickness, etc. We are programmed with different levels of knowledge which can be upgraded etc. Till date our knowledge level is not enough to understand many things including ‘God,’ However, today we know much more than we knew fifty years ago and fifty years from now we will know much more than today.

I am individual spirit soul. I possess a body. The soul has become conditioned to interact with a body, but it is not the body. The soul is independent, and does not die with the body.

Every individual is a soul entrapped in a body. A soul needs a body to express itself.

The soul is divine and the body is an object. That is why our souls lose a part of their identity when entrapped in in the body. No wonder there are cashes in our minds regarding to worldly matters and the conscience. Hence, most of the times we behave like a body and not like a soul.

Free your mind from the worldly matters and you will find your true identity...

So many things are not fully understood by man. I can quote a few : time, soul, life, destiny, mind etc are not completly defined in a precise manner by today's science. Soul is in heart, we all say. When we say I love you, we also say you are in my heart. But we all know heart is just a mechanical pump working all time. Only Brain is thinking and controlling everything. Everyday we are sleeping and when we get-up we know that we have slept for 6 hours only after seeing the watch or the sun. To understand soul, we can say sleeping as example. Our soul is dead when we are sleeping. Death is almost similar to sleeping. We enter into a different dimension world. Our soul returns back when we wake up. (sometimes dont return also - death in sleep). Once the soul is removed from the body, the bodybecomes useless, it decomposes in days. Even u want to use the body parts, u have to remove it within few hours after the death. We have so many Brain-dead persons, but heart is still working meaning he is alive. Soul cant be defined, but we know it has got enormous powers. This itself is a proof for God's existence.
Today the whole science is based on certain unseen faiths & beliefs. Example, in Maths we assume "Limit tends to infinity" and solve many complex problems. What is this Infinity? No man knows it. SImilarly in Physics we assume a smallest wave particle called "Photon" which dont have any proof for existence physically, then proceed with atomic physics. Without such assumption & faith, physics is meaningless. So faith is not against science, it is a part & basis of science. Likewise we have billions of wonders around us and in our own body to proclaim the existence of God.

First I am a soul then I take a body. When I leave this body I will take another.
I am eternal my body is not. But I need my body before I do anything. My body is no good without me.

My dear friend , this question is so complex that I need hours to answer it. We are the soul, but we cannot be part of evolution without our bodies...we have more than one body, and all are connected together like the skins of a onion. The physical body is our car, the soul is the driver...booth are necessary to make us moving......
