hmmmmmmmmm It would depend on what their wish was ... I am NOT that kind to sacrifice something i NEED just for somebody else to get something they may want ...
HOWEVER ... If they NEEDED something , and by that i MEAN need in it's true sense, i would sacrifice a wish for something i want.
If it meant for example that a child could have access to a life-saving operation then MOST definitely i would sacrifice mine.

In a minute. The pleasure of making a dear friend or family member's dream come true would be better than any wish I could have for myself. Believe me, I'm no saint--and I love material things, but I really mean that. Good question.

Depends on who it is. If it's a family member or loved one, yes. If it's a total stranger or casual acquaintance... no. :)

yes, if for example they were dieing and only had one wish and it was to live I would not hesitate to give up my wish.
